After a serious set in the rain ( no pun intended) , we held it down and out in our typical Can’t stop, won’t stop fashion. Today I got to experience a new level of master selecting as it began to POUR buckets of rain at the finale of Lululemon St Catherine’s Urban Yoga Summer Sessions featuring Lululemon Greene ambassador Tom Shabetsberger https://www.facebook.com/tom.schabbs.

Throwing the blue tarp deftly over my Technic 1200’s turntables, I got down on my knees to keep the beats flowing and the asana’s going, from 12 to 1pm today at Square Victoria. See you all next summer!!!!

About selenaislesyoga

Yogi - International DJ - Mother Selena’s studentship began at 17 under the teachings of Yogananda with the reading of the Autobiography of a Yogi, upon finding her mothers copies of Light on Yoga and Yoga the Iyengar Way and seeing a poster of Dharma Mittra. Their reverence for exacting simplicity and finding joy in the rise and fall of life live on in her practice and teaching today. In 2001, she traveled to Thailand, and became dedicated to the path of yoga and meditation. Selena blends the alchemy of her own practice with years of studentship. She aspires not to teach but to allow the practice to emanate from her, letting awareness blend with movement and breath.
